How VIA garments are measured, constructed, documented, packed and delivered. Read it once, keep it beside the bench.

Measurement tolerance is ±1 cm at bust, waist and hip, and ±0.5 cm on all lengths unless the tech pack states otherwise.
All internal seams must be finished. Overlocking alone is not accepted on unlined garments.
Fastenings are tested at least three times before QC submission.
